I am now offering private sound baths! This immersive experience features a variety of instruments and grounding tools such as a weighted blanket and aromatherapy.
30 min: $45
60 min: $75
I will also be offering private sound bath events! Great for having a girls’ night or celebrating a loved one! These events are customizable, so pricing varies. It is best to reach out via text for this service for possible sooner availability.
By the way, this is my meditation corner at my home. Just wanted to inspire some of you to make your space your own! ✨

Momentum has gained rather quickly at my Zen Den! I have two openings remaining before I start booking into August. If you are one of my regulars reading this, I would highly suggest booking ahead as far as you are able. Keep in mind that Vagaro might not show all possible options, so you are never bothering me by inquiring via text!

Tonight’s sound bath was beautiful! How wonderful it was to see such incredible people immerse and find their inner peace 💚✨
Thank you to everyone that came this evening! There will be more to come, both at Practice Peace and other various locations that are unique and can accommodate larger groups. We are also announcing an official name for Carissa and myself as a healing duo, stay tuned! 🤭
