One of the most important things to understand about permanent brows is that what you see during healing is NOT your final result.
They may look darker at first.
They may flake.
They may look patchy.
And then comes the phase that scares almost everyone… they may suddenly look way too light. 😩
Don’t panic.
As the skin continues to heal, the pigment gradually settles and your true color begins to reveal itself. And because every person’s skin heals differently, some areas may retain more pigment than others.

Your 6–8 week touch-up gives us the opportunity to reinforce areas that healed lighter, refine the shape and symmetry, make any necessary color adjustments, and put the finishing touches on your brows.

Fresh permanent brows need time to heal, and proper aftercare can make a BIG difference in how your pigment retains and how evenly your brows heal.
For the first two weeks, that means avoiding things like:
✨ Pools & saltwater
✨ Saunas & steam rooms
✨ Excessive sweating/intense workouts
✨ Excessive sun exposure & tanning
✨ Picking, scratching or peeling
✨ Makeup, retinol, acids & active skincare directly on the brow area
And most importantly—follow your aftercare instructions and be patient. 🤎
