At Home Exfoliation!!!! There are many types of scrubs on the market — choosing the right one is a matter of personal preference. Many scrubs incorporate aromatherapy, so pick one with a scent you enjoy. If you have sensitive skin, look for scrubs that are unscented and hypoallergenic. (Don't use body scrubs on your face — the abrasives can be too harsh.)

Careful Cleansing!!! Winter can be harsh on your skin, so make sure you treat it with care. Wash your face with lukewarm water because hot water can be drying. The warmth helps loosen the sebum that clogs your pores. Lather up with cleansers formulated for the face. Bar soaps and body washes can be too harsh for the delicate skin above the neck, and they may strip the beneficial oils necessary for maintaining moisture.
