"From 2013 to 2017 we introduced "The Standard". We injected the local industry with fervor and opportunities for growth as we hosted "Symposiums" every quarter. We stepped back to build White's into what it is today. Now we're bringing it back."

To everyone who came out for The Listening Session— thank you.
Seventy-seven minutes, front to back, no skips. That's a real ask, and a room of people said yes to it on a Monday. "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" got the vote. Together we listened and learned why this album is a classic and galvanized as one of the greatest single records of all time.
Here's what made it memorable: the first track of Miseducation is a teacher taking attendance. He calls Lauryn Hill. She doesn't answer. Nobody in the room was told to listen for that. Somebody found it, said it out loud at the flip and the whole night reorganized itself around what we'd just heard.
You can't get that off a playlist. You can only get it by sitting in a room with the whole thing playing and other people listening next to you.
Special thanks to the ones who pushed it forward — who caught what the rest of us missed, and who put records on the table we hadn't thought to. Two of the three albums on the November ballot came from the room, not from us. That's how it should work, and now that's how it works.

At White's, we like to celebrate each other's accomplishments and support each other's endeavors. A very integral part of the White's mantra is that we embody community. With that in mind, I would like to introduce our first official Featured Guest... . There are plethora of wonderful things that I can say about this gentleman, but to meet him and experience his aura speaks volumes in itself. He's hands down one of the best dressed, intelligent and classy guys I have had the honor to meet. What impressed me most about him is embodied in his IG handle.
