This weeks Vault VIP is Mel Robbs! Mel was actually our first new hire when we opened our 2nd location in 2022. We were in the process of growing and expanding and she was the first one I interviewed. I knew after meeting her that day she had a home at Vault! She specialized in vivids and men’s cuts, she had a vibe all her own and had a sweet spirit about her. She was easy to talk to and was excited to start fresh in a new salon. Needless to say, she planted her roots and quickly grew her clientele and continues to show her authentic style and artistic ability with every client that sits in her chair!

This weeks VAULT VIP is Lauren Blankenship! Lauren has been with us over 5 years and also survived 2 moves with us! She’s quiet and gets along with everyone! She brings a peace to this industry and does all things hair! She grew up in “the beauty shop” continuing a trade that she was raised around as her mom was also a cosmetologist! Don’t let her tiny size fool you, she loves to deer hunt with her husband and I’ve seen pictures of her with bucks bigger than she is! She’s always smiling and extremely easy going. This weeks Vault VIP is Morgan Ashley Davis! Morgan has been with us for almost 5 years now and has survived 2 moves with us! She started fresh out of school and I have loved watching her grow into a seasoned stylist over the last few years! When Morgan started, I remember her being shy and intimidated (as most new stylists are). She was eager to learn and always asking questions as she built her clientele. She quickly caught on and now keeps a full book, often filled with extension consultations and installations, color and hilite appointments, men’s, women’s and children’s cuts, and even Head spa appointments….. she does it all! Her laugh is infectious and she is so fun to be around! She is easy to work with and brings a calm to our sometimes chaotic salon with her laid back vibe! Morgan, it has truly been a joy to watch you literally transform before my eyes! You were born to do this and I’m so grateful you are one of our leaders on this team! Keep on shining…. And laughing…… you make Vault a better place!🫶❤️🌟Yall show this girl some love!

This week’s Vault VIP is Brandy Frazier! Brandy is one of the OG’s around here and has earned a title of Senior Stylist! She brings years of experience and is often the one some of our newer stylist consult with when they need advice. Don’t ask her what she thinks unless you really want to hear it, this girl won’t sugar coat it for sure 😉 She’s as loyal as they come and I trust her to answer me truthfully when I ask her opinion. I’ve loved her as a coworker for almost a decade and love her as a friend even more! Thank you Brandy for what are to me but especially what you are to our salon! I wouldn’t want to do this without you!🖤Yall show her some LOVE if you love her like I do!

It’s Vault VIP time! And this shout out goes to my A1 from Day 1! Daniel has been with me from the beginning! 11+ years of growth, friendship and memories! Daniel started with the Vault in 2015 and has been true to it since! He’s weathered the storms with me and celebrated the victories and everything in between! I can truly say he has helped shape and mold this business into what it is today! Daniel, you are an amazing hairstylist, friend and coworker and I LOVE you and what you bring to this salon daily! You are a 🌟ROCKSTAR🌟and everyone that gets the privilege to sit in your chair sees it! I hope you feel like the VIP you are, not only today but EVERYDAY! Thank you for being you!🫶✂️🔥

I’ll start with Me! My name is Michelle Compton and I’ve been in the salon business for over 20 years! I opened Vault in 2015 and love coming to work everyday and the group I get to work with!
