It’s officially October, which means it’s pumpkin picking season. However, that’s really all you should be picking. Definitely don’t pick any pimples you find. First of all, bacteria from your hands on your face? Yuck. Second, picking can cause scarring, hyperpigmentation, transfer of the bacteria which can cause more acne! The list goes on.
So yes, go pumpkin picking, pick all the apples, pumpkins, fruits & vegetables you want. But plz don’t pick your beautiful face.
