Congratulations on 1000 sessions! 🙌👏🎉 This last Tuesday Steve and Ann had their 1000th personal training session with Angela. They started training 2013 and 2014 respectively and began counting their sessions. (Note: from 2014-2020 before Ann and Steve began training together, Ann’s sessions were not counted so they’re actually way past 1000!)
Angela remembers that Steve’s main goals were to be able to keep up with his grandchildren and to be able to pick them up and play with them. Years later, those same grandkids are now graduating high school and they’ve both gotten to be there every step of the way.
Ann came in with knee pain and limited mobility in her lower body and she was able to delay the inevitable knee replacement due to arthritis for many years. Just recently she underwent two knee replacements and recovered quickly, thanks to her hard work in getting the gym before and after surgery and in PT.
May we all be so lucky to have found friendship and family in our clients. 💗. Here’s to 1000 more!
Happy 2 years at 840 Delaware (when things got super serious!). Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with us.
What started as a big step turned into something we’re really proud of. We are grateful for the people who showed up, supported us, and believed in what we’re building. We get to wake up every day and work with the best trainers and clients in town which is the greatest gift of all.
For our anniversary, through the rest of March we are offering $10 Invictus Tee’s and $20 Invictus Hoodies while supplies last!
Jana and I were having a conversation recently about the mentality that getting older means we are incapable of doing certain things, especially physical acts such as getting up and down off of the floor or being able to walk up a flight of stairs. It doesn’t happen over night, but it happens slowly over time, as we make seemingly small decisions that affect our health.
You may not realize it now, but the choices you make today will affect you down the line whether it’s 10 or 20 years from now. Taking up strength training, yoga or running in your 40s or 50s may (and probably will) be the difference between living decades of independence after retirement and living a life of movement and strength well into your 80s.
After all, no one ever said “man I wish I hadn’t worked out today.”
And on the last day of the 2026 Winter Olympics, some of your favorite trainers weigh in on what they’re had the most fun watching this season. It’s been a blast watching these incredible athletes compete from around the globe

We kicked off 2026 with personal bingo cards at the gym. I invited members to create their own card of small goals, big goals, fun goals, meaningful goals. These are just a few that were shared on the whiteboard. I’m genuinely grateful to have a space where people feel comfortable opening up about their hopes and goals. In a season where a lot feels heavy or uncertain, choosing hope for ourselves, our families, and our community feels like a quiet kind of strength

Sweat sisters! 🤝 Stronger together
Even at 75 years of age we are still able to add in new, fun and complex movements to ‘s programming. Banded pogos were an early birthday surprise! Happy birthday Charles! 🥳
Supervised jumping and plyometrics in your 70s help keep your bones strong, your balance dialed in, and your body moving like it’s decades younger. Yay bone density! Also.. It’s your proof that you’re still powerful, still athletic, and absolutely still a badass
