Hello friends, well I did it this time. I stumbled while I was walking my dog after dark. The only way I can explain it was that “I got ahead of my self.” My mind was somewhere else. Not in front of me while I was power walking with my dog …in the dark!
I have decided to put my money where my mouth is and use ALL of my tools at HealingRoom and share my experience.
of course will lead the way with my very own customized treatment plan. I am going to deep dive into my beloved skin care line and really focus on a few things I would like to see evolve. I am excited to incorporate LED light therapy to treat a whole host of issue’s ie, fine lines and wrinkles, pain management and even wound healing.
I am also joining a fitness challange at in Lawrence Kansas . Movement is essential!
I am giving myself a goal of 35 days.
Healing is a mindset..and my mind is set.
