On Saturday, September 26, I'm teaching a two-hour somatic practice at Elevate Art of Wellness on the theme of letting go. We start with aparigraha — non-grasping — the fifth of yoga's ethical foundations. Then we travel inward through the five koshas, the layers of our being, finding what each one holds and what it's ready to release. Expect to move slowly, rest often, and leave with one practice you can actually use. No experience needed. Everything is available lying down, seated, or standing.
