I chose this month's add-on, like always, by tuning in to what my clients might need in this moment. I had several clients complain about side effects from the stomach ailments going around. So I knew it would be a belly massage and lucky me made a cardamom cacao oil, a match made in heaven. Enjoy!

It was almost 30 years ago, the first time I went to the Big Island. I had never been away from my family and home town alone before. The adventures I had changed my life path entirely. The skin on my feet was literally removed due to blisters since I walked out to see Pele for the first time with hiking boots that were too small and not broken in. Later in life, I realized the symbology of it. Asking for a path change, being led to Hawai'i, and finding my calling in the healing of my feet. Had I not gone, I wouldn't be the person you know today. I might not have learned about massage and healing in the same way. The magic of the island and the people is so sacred and needs to be protected. I don't recommend going to the island unless you have plans to help the people and the land in a good way. We can do so much from here. The islands have been through a lot these last few years and, most recently, with hurricane Lala. The last slide is how we can help. Let's keep our sacred places sacred and our people well cared for. 🙏
