As we go into the cold and flu season, one way to help is to boost our immunity. Plenty of water, sleep, good foods and oils, and exercise are always recommended. Just as important is being with people we enjoy, and doing the things we love as these actions increase endorphins which boosts our immunity. Thus, take a moment to schedule a coffee or lunch date with a friend, and a walk in the park!
