To help you receive the best possible experience, please:
✨ Arrive on time 🚿 Come freshly showered 💧 Arrive well hydrated 📝 Complete or update your medical intake form before your appointment.
Why is the intake form so important? Your health history allows me to safely customize your session to your current needs. If you've had surgery, started new medications, experienced an injury, or have any other medical updates, please let me know before we begin. Every detail helps me provide the most effective treatment for your body.

💦 Hydrating Summer Recipe
Watermelon Mint Refresher
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh mint leaves
Sparkling or still water
Ice
Blend the watermelon and lime, pour over ice, add water, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy a naturally hydrating drink rich in electrolytes.
🤸 Sciatica Relief Stretches
Perform gently—never force a stretch.
• Figure-4 (Piriformis) Stretch – Hold 30 seconds each side. • Knees-to-Chest Stretch – Hold 20–30 seconds. • Cat-Cow Stretch – 10 slow repetitions. • Seated Hamstring Stretch – Hold 30 seconds each leg. • Gentle Walking – 10–20 minutes daily to keep the body moving.
If your pain travels down your leg, becomes severe, or is accompanied by numbness or weakness, consult your healthcare provider.

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 sliced orange
