If you’re trying to book on the site and it’s not working, I need you to tell me that directly. Please don’t just stop at “it’s not working”—I need you to actually say that so I’m aware of the issue.
I’m not on the back end of the site, so I don’t see when something isn’t functioning properly. The only way I can get it fixed is if you let me know what you’re experiencing. Once I’m aware, I can reach out and have the issue addressed.
I’ve been doing my best to make sure everything runs smoothly, but I can’t fix what I don’t know is broken. Communication helps me serve you better—so please keep me informed.
