Last year, on November 11th, I enrolled in the Invisible Bead Extensions® Certification Program. On January 5th, 2026, I became an IBE® Certified Extension Artist.
Not to be dramatic, but Invisible Bead Extensions® changed my life. Before IBE®, I was doing good work, taking care of my clients, and running my business. I was comfortable, but I honestly felt like I was starting to wind down toward the back end of my career. But I realized: If I’m not retiring until my 70s, I’m only halfway through it. There was no way I could spend the next 27 years doing exactly what I had done for the last 27.
IBE® inspired me and, most importantly, made me excited about doing hair again.
So today I’m excited to share that I’ve enrolled in the IBE® Master’s Program!! Over the next year, I’ll be completing advanced education in technique, color, cutting, and business. My goal isn’t another title. My goal is growth. And I’ll tell you this: it’s going to be very challenging. That challenge is worth it because this path could eventually give me the opportunity to mentor other artists, just as others have inspired and encouraged me.

Tiffany is back! I enjoyed spending the afternoon catching up with her!
After her Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment, I reinstalled two rows of 18” Shop IBE®️ Microweft Extensions.
She rarely wears her hair this smooth and straight, but she can! You shouldn’t have to style your hair a certain way for your extensions to blend.

Not every extension install comes out of the package ready to wear. Sometimes I custom color the hair first so everything melts together seamlessly. The goal is never “extensions.” The goal is hair that looks like it could actually be yours.
Amanda was in the salon today! We started at 8:30am… but let’s just say only one of us was thrilled about being awake that early. 😀 After refreshing her color, I reinstalled her 2 rows of 18” IBE® Euro Microweft and changed up the way I stacked her wefts this time. I’m honestly obsessed with this install. Definitely my favorite one on her so far.
And this is her FOURTH install with this same hair. Look at how beautifully it’s holding up. It’s almost like new! That’s one of my favorite things about IBE® hair — with the right care and maintenance, the longevity is incredible.
Kristi got new hair today and this was her 3rd install! After her color retouch and gloss, I reinstalled her 18” IBE® Euro Microweft and I’m still obsessed with how perfectly this hair blends on her every single time.

Her maintenance appointments are proof that taking care of your extensions matters. Good hair is an investment, but good maintenance is what keeps it looking this good install after install.
Have you been seeing all my extension posts but thinking, “Yeah… but I have a bob”? This one’s for you. Today, I added a mini row on each side to fill out Karie’s bob and give her just a kiss of length with extra fullness through the top and sides. One of my favorite things about IBE® is how seamlessly everything blends. That means I can place rows higher and closer to the hairline without them giving themselves away. Extensions aren’t always about dramatic mermaid hair. Sometimes it’s just about making your own hair feel a little more you.
