Although she was already light, like we expect with a Spring, she was craving a little more depth and dimension.
The goal was to give her that richness without taking away the brightness that makes her features come alive.
I added warm lowlights, neutral root and a warm gloss to rebalance her blonde, keeping her no darker than a level 7. Her contrast simply won’t support anything much deeper, if we take her too dark we lose those gorgeous eyes instead of letting them be the focus.
Because her hair is porous from previous lightening, holding onto that depth may take a little patience. With continued treatments and possibly another application one level deeper, we can build enough pigment for it to visually hold as a true blonette without sacrificing the brightness she needs.
