She was a new client and had about 5 inches of super grey roots; with brown box-dyed mid-strands and ends 😅 she also didn’t really know what she wanted so I convinced her to trust me! She was so hesitate at first but at the end; didn’t regret it and told me she’d never loved her hair more and she told me she loved me! 🥹❤️
