She made the video I’ve been meaning to make. I’m very understanding that life happens. I appreciate when my clients value my time and communicate with me. That being said I’ve had a couple new clients no call no show….. If you do this you are banned from ever booking again. I wish more people understood that when you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours the likelihood of me getting someone else in that time is slim to none and then I just lose my pay for that chunk of time that was held for your appointment that someone else could have had and paid for. This is why I have the cancelation policy I do. At the end of the day if someone has agreed to be that chunk of my paycheck for the day and didn’t allow enough time for someone else to fill that time…I still should get paid for the time I reserved. I’m grateful to the clients that respect my time and value me as a person, you are the real MVPs.
