I get asked a lot "How often should I actually be doing all this?" So let's break it down.

I like to think of a skincare routine in three rhythms. Daily, weekly, and monthly. Each one plays a different role, and together they keep your skin balanced without overwhelming your routine (or your bathroom counter).

🌿 Daily: cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, SPF - these are all safe for everyday use, though some (like SPF and certain serums) are better suited for morning or night specifically.

🌿 Weekly: exfoliating, face masks, retinol - there's some flexibility here depending on your skin, your products, and your goals.

🌿 Monthly: dermaplaning, peels, facials - a great starting point, especially if you're newer to professional treatments or have sensitive skin.
