Plan B Barbershop wants you to know that we are taking the COVID-19 virus seriously. We pray that you and your families remain healthy and safe. We will re-open on Monday May 11, 2020 but with a new normal. Our goal is to protect you,your families,our staff,the staff's families and any others that we may interact with from illness. Some of the new policies as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation are listed below and may change as needed:

1.Masks are required before entering the barbershop.
2. Clients will be seen by appointment only and only 1 at a time per barber.
3. Clients should contact barber when they arrive and wait in their cars until the barber is ready to seat them.
4. Maintain at least 6 feet from others. If this is not possible,other measures such as face coverings,hand hygiene,cough etiquette,cleanliness, etc should be rigorously practiced.
5. Your temperature will be checked as well as a symptom checklist before services rendered.

√ Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
√ Chills
√ Repeated shaking w/chills
√ Muscle pain
√ Headache
√ Sore throat
√ Loss of taste or smell
√ Diarrhea
√ Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100
√ Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
6. Your hands must be disinfected before entering the barbershop and after any interactions with staff or other clients.
7. Your hands must be disinfected after the payment process.
8. Because persons 65 years or older are at higher risk of COVID-19,please avoid contact within 6 feet. Persons 65 years and older should stay at home as much as possible.

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms as new or worsening,please contact your barber to reschedule your appointment. This is important to do our part not to spread the COVID-19 to others.

Information from Vienna’s laboratory studying COVID-19 say vast majority of people who died had ibuprofen/Advil in their system so do not take it!! Those who recovered did not take ibuprofen so if you have symptoms, take Acetaminophen only!!! Looks like this virus thrives on ibuprofen so don’t do it and tell everyone you can!!!

Please pass this information on to everyone in each family. I don't want to miss anyone so share as much as you can. Or copy and paste! We are learning that Advil makes the virus 10x worse.Tylenol ONLY for the time being. Hearing that Advil kickstarts the virus into pneumonia. Finding that some people in there 40s and 50s who were previously healthy to be on ventilators and having major SOB and difficulty breathing because they took Advil. So please no Advil and stay safe!!!
