After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to temporarily close the studio this summer until further notice. 🤍
This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s one I know is necessary for the health of both the business and myself. Over the past few years, I’ve poured my heart into building this space, supporting clients, continuing my education, creating content, showing up in the wellness community, and trying to wear every hat at once. And while I’m incredibly proud of what Sustainable Youth Skin has become, I’ve also learned that sometimes the most aligned thing you can do is take a step back before burnout forces you to.
I truly believe healing, longevity, and wellness apply to business owners too. I can’t preach nervous system regulation, balance, and holistic health while ignoring my own body asking for rest. This season is about recalibrating, creating sustainability behind the scenes, and allowing space for what’s next.
To every single client, supporter, friend, and person who has trusted me with their skin and supported this dream over the years — thank you. Your support has meant more to me than you know. 🤍
This is not goodbye. We will be back.
In the meantime, I will still be offering virtual skin consultations and guidance remotely for those wanting support on their healing journey while the studio is paused.
Thank you for understanding, growing with me, and supporting Sustainable Youth Skin through every season. 🤍

Perioral dermatitis is one of the most mismanaged skin conditions I see.
Because most people are told to:
→ use stronger actives
→ exfoliate more
→ “dry it out”
But this actually keeps the skin in a constant triggered state.
When your barrier is compromised, your skin becomes reactive to everything —
products, stress, hormones, even your environment.
Then you add in:
jaw clenching (stress)
* poor lymph flow
* hormone imbalances
…and it becomes a cycle that feels impossible to break.
This is why healing it requires a completely different approach:
supporting the nervous system, restoring the barrier, and getting things moving again.
If you’ve been stuck in this cycle, it’s not because you’re doing too little —
it’s because you’ve likely been told to do too much.

About Our Founder: Meet Chloe Feyh
I got into skincare because I saw through the façade. The beauty industry was profiting off of women’s insecurities—gaslighting us, masking symptoms, and selling surface-level fixes that completely ignored the deeper root causes. I watched people be handed product after product, injection after injection, without any understanding of how those things affect the body long term. I knew there had to be a more honest, sustainable path to true beauty—one that prioritizes education, empowerment, and longevity.
Growing up in a health-informed home, I was modeled a lifestyle rooted in vitality and intention. My dad—an endurance athlete, triathlete, CrossFitter, cyclist, and pickleball player—and my mom—a passionate tennis and pickleball player—instilled in me the connection between movement, wellness, and self-care. That foundation shaped my belief that skin health doesn’t exist in isolation—it’s a reflection of how we live, feel, and nourish ourselves from within.
What I saw missing in the beauty world was truth. Social media has only amplified the pressure—convincing us we need to do more, look younger, and fix ourselves to be seen as valuable. We’ve been taught that aging is something to fear, that beauty has an expiration date, and that if we’re not perfect, we’re not enough. So many turn to Botox, fillers, and toxic treatments in search of confidence—without ever addressing the deeper wound of self-worth. My work is about helping people find the root of that insecurity and heal from the inside out. To reclaim their confidence, embrace aging, and love themselves through every chapter.
Another aspect I noticed in the beauty industry was the lack of education and care when it comes to treating different skin tones and types. Many in the industry are uninformed on how to effectively treat diverse skin—leading to misdiagnosis, ineffective treatments, and even harm. It’s critical to recognize that skin is not a one-size-fits-all situation. Whether it’s a deeper understanding of pigmentation, sensitivity, or how certain products and treatments can affect various skin types differently, I want to ensure that everyone feels seen and supported. This includes normalizing men getting facials and taking care of their skin, too. All skin deserves to be healthy skin, and I’m here to provide that care with knowledge, respect, and compassion.
As a CrossFitter, Olympic weightlifter, pickleball player, and lover of Pilates and yoga, I believe in the powerful connection between fitness and skin health. I train my body, mind, and spirit through CO2 tolerance, sauna sessions, cold plunges, red light therapy, and Gua Sha. It’s this holistic approach to well-being that I incorporate into my work and into how I guide my clients on their own wellness journeys. When I’m not working, you can catch me enjoying a matcha and embracing the moments of stillness that support my balance.
As a survivor of sexual assault and domestic abuse, and someone who has walked through the challenges of PTSD, I know how vital it is to feel safe in your body. That’s why I created Sustainable Youth Skin—a sanctuary for nervous system healing, whole-body wellness, and skin transformation. A space where men and women alike can come not just to improve their skin, but to reconnect with themselves.
I’m also deeply passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment for prenatal clients and mamas—where they never have to second guess if what’s being used on their skin is safe for their baby. Everything I offer is non-toxic, gentle, and intentionally curated to support the journey of motherhood, from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.
This is what real longevity looks like. Not just extending years—but living fully, freely, and beautifully in the skin you’re in.

CIRCADIAN RHYTHM, SKIN + SUMMER PREP @ SYS
March was all about detox, lymph, and clearing space — physically and internally.
And we watched so many of you start to shift.
Less congestion. More glow. More awareness of how your skin actually responds.
Now we step into April…
Where things get more refined.
More light. More consistency. More alignment.
Because this is the month where we lock it in before summer.
YOUR SKIN IS ON A CLOCK
April is all about your circadian rhythm — your body’s internal timing system that regulates:
• Hormones
• Sleep + recovery
• Inflammation
• Skin repair + regeneration
Your skin follows this rhythm whether you realize it or not.
During the day → your skin protects
At night → your skin repairs
When that rhythm is off, we start to see:
• Breakouts that linger
• Dull, tired skin
• Puffiness + fluid retention
• Sensitivity + inflammation
This month, we’re not doing more.
We’re doing what works with your body.
This is not the time to fear the sun.
The sun supports circadian rhythm, vitamin D production, collagen signaling, and nervous system regulation. What we want is smart exposure + barrier support — not avoidance.
SPRING → SUMMER TRANSITION (WHAT’S HAPPENING)
As we move closer to summer, your skin will naturally:
• Produce more oil
• Sweat more (yes, this is a good thing)
• Be more exposed to sun + environmental stress
• Detox more efficiently
This is where people panic and start overcorrecting.
Stripping. Over-exfoliating. Overloading actives.
But that’s exactly what disrupts your barrier.
April is about support, not control.
YOUR APRIL SKIN RESET
Keep it simple. Keep it consistent.
1. MORNING SUNLIGHT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Get sunlight within 30–60 minutes of waking.
This supports:
• Hormone balance
• Cortisol rhythm
• Skin repair cycles
No sunglasses. No phone. Just light.
2. DAILY LYMPHATIC FLOW
3–5 minutes of Gua Sha — neck, chest, then face.
Supports:
• Detox pathways
• Reduced puffiness
• Clearer, more sculpted skin
Consistency > intensity.
3. SIMPLIFY YOUR ROUTINE
If your skin feels reactive right now:
Pull back.
Support your barrier.
Stay consistent.
Your skin doesn’t need more stimulation — it needs stability.
4. SWEAT IS NOT THE ENEMY
Your workouts, sauna, and movement support detox + circulation.
Oil protects. Sweat releases.
The goal isn’t to avoid it — it’s to support your skin after without stripping it.
5. SUPPORT FROM WITHIN
Hydration. Minerals. Whole foods.
This will always outperform trends.
Your skin reflects:
• Gut health
• Immune function
• Nervous system state
SPRING TRIGGERS YOU MAY BE OVERLOOKING
April is peak time for:
• Allergens
• Sinus congestion
• Environmental irritants
This can show up on your skin as:
• Acne (especially cheeks + jawline)
• Redness + sensitivity
• Texture + congestion
• Puffiness
Your skin isn’t random.
It’s responding to what’s happening internally + environmentally.

Your skin might not be the issue.
Your immune system might be overwhelmed.
If you’re constantly dealing with:
– flare-ups
– redness
– congestion
– sensitivity
– skin that reacts to everything
this isn’t random.
It’s often your body stuck in a chronic state of reaction.
Allergens, irritants, and environmental triggers keep your immune system activated →
which increases inflammation →
which impacts your sinuses, lymphatic flow, and skin.
So instead of clearing…
your body holds onto everything.
This is where I see the connection most:
Sinus congestion → fluid buildup → impaired drainage → inflammation showing up on the skin.
And most people are trying to fix this with stronger products…
when their body is asking for support.
Because when your immune system is overloaded,
your skin becomes more reactive, not more resilient.
This is why I don’t just treat the surface.
We focus on:
– supporting lymphatic flow
– calming inflammation
– repairing the skin barrier
– regulating the nervous system
– reducing the overall “load” on the body
This is how you shift from constant flare-ups
to actually stable, calm skin.
If your skin feels like it’s always reacting…
there’s usually something deeper driving it.
I’m taking a limited number of clients for spring skin resets.
Only a few spots left before summer.
DM me “RESET” for the next step.

Many chronic skin issues don’t actually begin on the surface.
Your skin is constantly responding to what’s happening inside the body and in the environment around you.
Environmental stressors — including mold exposure — can influence inflammation, immune responses, nervous system regulation, and skin sensitivity.
For some people, this can show up as:
• persistent breakouts
• eczema or rashes
• redness and irritation
• skin that suddenly becomes reactive
But it’s not just the skin — mold illness affects energy, mood, focus, and daily life.
People suffering from chronic exposure often experience:
• brain fog and difficulty concentrating
• fatigue that never fully goes away
• anxiety or irritability
• feeling misunderstood or dismissed by others
Many of us who choose to live low-tox also face judgment — some people think we’re just being “control freaks” because we make healthier swaps or changes to our environment.
The truth is, sometimes illness gives you no choice but to prioritize clean air, low-tox living, and supportive habits.
This is the perfect time for a spring cleaning reset:
Common areas where mold hides in your home include:
• bathrooms and showers
• under sinks or plumbing leaks
• HVAC systems or air vents
• around windows or water-damaged walls
• washing machines or dishwashers
Instead of waiting until your body forces you to make changes, start with small, simple shifts now. Even basic swaps and mindful cleaning habits can make a huge difference.
Supporting your body today helps prevent future struggles and gives your skin, mind, and energy the space to thrive.
Save this if you’re learning more about the connection between environmental health, emotional wellness, and skin health. 🌿
03/08/2026
In a world obsessed with quick fixes and instant gratification, I’ve learned something important as a holistic esthetician:
Not everyone is meant to be my client.
And that’s actually a good thing.
My work isn’t about masking symptoms or chasing trends. It’s about healing skin from within, which means looking at the bigger picture — your lifestyle, nervous system, stress levels, sleep, nutrition, and daily habits.
Real skin health requires something many people aren’t used to anymore:
• patience
• curiosity
• consistency
• personal responsibility
Your skin is a reflection of your internal environment — your hormones, gut health, inflammation, stress response, and even your nervous system.
That means true change rarely happens overnight.
It happens through small, sustainable shifts that compound over time.
And healing is rarely linear.
Some weeks your skin improves.
Some weeks your body is processing deeper stress or inflammation.
That’s part of the process.
So if you’re looking for:
• quick fixes
• overnight results
• surface-level treatments
• someone to ignore lifestyle factors
I may not be the right fit.
But if you’re ready to understand your body, support your skin long term, and take ownership of your health, that’s exactly who this space was created for.
Because sustainable youth isn’t about perfection.
It’s about alignment, resilience, and longevity.

YOUR SPRING RESET - SUN, LYMPH, DETOX + MARCH @ SYS
February was all about love — and we loved watching you pour that energy into your skin.
We hope you gave your skin some extra care last month… and we hope your partners and loved ones continue loving their skin too. Healthy skin is contagious in the best way 🤍
Now we’re stepping into March — and spring is waking everything up.
Longer days. More sunlight. More movement. More social energy.
And yes — your skin changes with the seasons.
SPRING SKIN IS DIFFERENT
As the weather shifts, your skin will naturally:
• Produce more oil
• Detox more efficiently
• Hold less dryness
• Become more exposed to sun + environmental stress
This is not the time to fear the sun.
The sun supports circadian rhythm, vitamin D production, collagen signaling, and nervous system regulation. What we want is smart exposure + barrier support — not avoidance.
SPRING CLEANING — FOR YOUR SKIN + SPACE
Spring also impacts your immune system.
With seasonal allergens rising, your body works harder behind the scenes. When your immune system is activated, inflammation can increase — and that often shows up on the skin as:
• Puffiness
• Congestion
• Eczema or dermatitis flares
• Breakouts
• Redness
Spring is also the season of reducing your toxic load.
Instead of throwing everything away at once, start replacing products as you run out — swapping conventional products for non-toxic, skin-supportive options.
Your skin absorbs what you put on it. Your nervous system responds to your environment.
Cluttered spaces can create subconscious overstimulation. Excess visual noise increases stress. Synthetic fragrances and harsh cleaning chemicals increase inflammatory burden.
This month, focus on:
• Simplifying your skincare
• Swapping one toxic product at a time
• Reducing synthetic fragrance exposure
• Keeping your space clean, minimal, and calming
Clear space = calmer nervous system. Calmer nervous system = clearer skin.
