I don’t like posting on my business page. Marketing is quite uncomfortable for me. Word of mouth has been my escape goat and very successful, yet I know a social platform has its advantages and I will improve 🤗

Just before a trip that lead to elevation, I was invited to be a part of my youngest grand daughter’s trip to San Antonio’s Zoo. It was an honor to be apart of my oldest baby and her baby’s event. Thank you 😘

I never understood sisterhood as I understand after this trip to Albuquerque! You don’t know until you have experienced acceptance, transparency, worship collectively, being pushed and pulled and break up to make up just to soar to a higher level. I’m truly walking on sunshine and thank you Lord😘❤️❤️❤️

Mindful Souls everydays a schoolday in life 🙌🐝✌️ 🍀✨️

As I read my books , I reflect on the characters that I can identify with as I judge them harshly ( what does that say about me)

As I listen to my clients , I dream at night seeing parts of me ( man, what was that about)

All that I’ve learned thus far in life never came from a man on a pulpit, rather I’ve gathered little there. Life has been my altar rather school of lessons I struggled through and thankfully advance in. Wisdom being my teacher and only in humility do I pass the test.

Today in gym, we had a different program that allowed more recovery in between each set. It was good.

Like wise the lesson transferred to every day living.

Is to take time to recover in between every set. Home-work-home-marriage- kids- repeat and the order should change as we prioritize through maturity , grace and leadership.

Note( Revovery is better when you rest in The One) That is to really trust in The One😉

Life is a Journey, take it in and breathe deeply many times during your day and daily😘
