Today, I have 7ish hours of being on the road. Blessedly my husband Nick is able to take off work and drive, while I study for my next class and have 53 years of memories sorting themselves out and shifting two great guys into the past tense category.
There are many good men on the planet 2 of them passed away this weekend. I have been blessed to hear someone laugh and know what it means to be of good humor. Albert Wayne Reed and David Harrison Rath we're both great for a hug, laughter, and a chat.

Home from Polyvagal Manual Therapy 2 class in Denver. Yesterday I began my belated birthday cleaning of the house (decluttering/sorting/dusting/vacuuming.)
Today, I got to take my eldest daughter to lunch & then errands. The Red Hibiscus Juice Co, made me an alternate to Blue Magic (adjusted due to allergy to Almond milk.)
I've got my feet up and I'm going thru the class study guide and marking the pages for the textbooks. Spanish (because amazon had it in stock in January 2025) & English (available in April/May 2025)... working to get my speaking Spanish, to my reading speed. Aha moment! I need to read aloud, I can hear the voice of my high school Spanish 2 teacher... "Sí. ¡Claro!"

There are appointments available at Elemental Wellness Spa Wednesday & Friday this week, and next week beginning on Tuesday.

Last work break prior to Xmas break. Thank you Lydia The Red Hibiscus Juice Co, my Blue Magik (minus coconut, plus Surf's Up) is the perfect healthy energy.

Yesterday, I spent $20 at The Red Hibiscus Juice Co & got a free Wellness Shot in an ornament. Back again today.

Lydia of The Red Hibiscus Juice Co invited me to talk at her Healthy Happy Hour. The topic was -- Detox... and how. The body has several ways to detox. Liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, skin, sweat, tears all help our body to get rid of the un-helpful toxins. Water, teas, juice, tinctures, bath soaks, clay, detox wraps, lymphatic drainage massage, and exercise are some of the many self care ways to help the detox.
It was quite fun. I loaded up a bag full of detox soaks, Citrus & Kale herbal face masque, Charcoal & Black Seed Clay masque, 3 epsom salt soaks, a couple of clay blends, a detox soap bar, dandelion tea blends, seaweed, a portable foot soak tub, & 3 books that have helped me detox and have a better environment and outlook.
It was a quite good day.

Woke at 5am to light peaking in the curtain, and so morning study session on the Varmá river. Studying my notes from May 2023, Brain Speak 1 class.

original post -- Hi. My daughter just let me know she found a dog on South 3rd Street between Lynn and Maple Street (near the park in between 3rd & 4th street across from Ables field.)

The dog is receiving lots of love and attention, we will take it to the vet tomorrow to see if it is microchipped. Does anybody know this "such a lap dog."

Day 2 SomatoEmotional Release 1 Teacher's Assistant in Milwaukee... morning Gym time replaced with Infrared Sauna, Drum Circle before class, breakfast Takoyaki from Chicago leftovers & 'Pain au Chocolate' (chocolate croissant similar bread French yumminess) from La Rêve Patisserie & C afe, seaweed snack... and I now own Diego's book.

Yesterday was the first time I've ever seen it available on an Upledger book table. I got to read thru the 1st printed mock-up of the English Translation at the Cycle of Life class in Jan 2020. I've been patiently-ish waiting, the US publishing says 2024. I'm so glad it is available! Diego is an excellent instructor and his class was one of the light year advancements in my skill set.

I am a very gleeful schoolgirl!!

After 4 buildings & 4 phone calls, I am in the correct classroom. Sigh. The name tag was a bit stab-y as well... fun morning glad I got to the gym to start my day.
