Vital Roots Chiropractic

...Why’d you swipe? 👀😂

You were looking for 5 reasons to wait until your child is 4 to see a chiropractor…

But here’s the thing…

There really aren’t 5. 😉

There’s no magic birthday when your child suddenly becomes “old enough” for chiropractic care. Babies can be evaluated for chiropractic care from birth, with care that is gentle, individualized, and specific to each little one. 💛

So if you’ve been wondering, “Is my baby too young?” — the answer is no! Little bodies deserve care, too — and there’s no need to wait for a certain age to start the conversation. 🫶🏼

Have questions about chiropractic care for your little one? Send us a DM or give us a call! We’re always happy to talk through your questions. 🫶🏼

📣 A little heads up from Vital Roots!

Dr. Bailey will be out of the office all next week and taking a little time away before she’s back and ready to see all of you! 💛

If you’ve been meaning to get on the schedule, now is a great time to book your appointment before she’s gone! (She will also be in office THIS FRIDAY for a few hours so take advantage of that!) And don’t worry — Dr. Rebekah will still be here during her normal office hours next week. 🫶🏼

We’re excited for Dr. Bailey to get some time to rest, recharge, and enjoy some time away from the office! ✨

📅 Regular hours resume when Dr. Bailey returns.

We hear a lot of assumptions about chiropractic care… and honestly, we get it. 🤍

There’s a lot more to chiropractic than just “cracking your back” or waiting until something hurts.

At Vital Roots, we care about the whole person in front of us—your season of life, your goals, your stress, your body, and what you’re experiencing day to day.

Whether you’re pregnant, chasing toddlers, training for your next event, sitting at a desk all day, navigating postpartum life, or simply wanting to be more proactive about your health, your care should meet you where you are.

So we put together a few things we wish more people knew about chiropractic care. 👇

Swipe through and tell us: which one surprised you?

✨ Reset. Refocus. Restart. ✨

A new week is a fresh opportunity to come back to yourself. Take a deep breath, let go of what didn’t go as planned, and make space for what matters most. 🤍

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is pause, reset your nervous system, refocus on your priorities, and start again.

Here’s to a new week filled with intention, connection, and taking care of YOU. 🌿
