I realized it’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself and so much life has changed since the last time I did.

I’m Ashley
Owner + stylist behind Ash + Rose Salon Co.

Over the years this space has grown into so much more than just “doing hair” for me. What started as a dream behind the chair has turned into building a salon that feels warm, elevated, personal, and intentional from the moment you walk in.

These days my life looks a little different - balancing motherhood, being a household manager, business ownership, a wifey and still pouring my heart into every client that sits in my chair. Becoming a mom has honestly changed the way I approach everything. I value slowing down, creating comfort, protecting peace, and making people feel genuinely cared for.

I’ve worked hard to create an experience that feels luxurious without losing the personal connection. The little details matter to me. The atmosphere, the conversations, the calm energy, the feeling you leave with when you walk out the door.

I’m passionate about blonding, extensions, healthy hair, and creating looks that feel effortless but still elevated. But beyond hair, I love building relationships with the people who support this business. We celebrate milestones together, navigate hard seasons together, and somehow over time clients become friends.

I’m endlessly grateful for every appointment booked, every referral, every share, every conversation, and every person who chooses to support this dream of mine. Watching this business grow while growing personally alongside it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
