Story Time!!!
What looked like to be an apparent no call/ no show appointment, I called around the 15 min late mark and (we’ll call him Bob) Bob answered and as I reminded him he was late for his appointment, Bob felt bad and apologized and forgot to cancel because he was called into work. I explained a couple things, 1) I understand that these things happen 2) but I was frustrated because if he had called and canceled I could fill that time slot and it’s to late to do so.
You guys……. Within a half hour Mrs. Bob came in and paid for the missed appointment and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Thank you Mr & Mrs Bob, it’s good people like you that help make this world a kinder place. 🖤🖤🖤

Did you know….. that when you call the shop ( 541-570-1026 ) and make an appointment with me, I show up on time and wait for you. So imagine my surprise when you no call no show on me. I’ve had an increase recently of more than several fellas call make appointments and then not show up. As you can see that creates several issues 1) I’m out of that income. 2) There’s no time to fill that spot 3) It took away an appointment from somebody else, who also wanted that time slot, but because it wasn’t available, I had to pass on that person. It’s pretty typical in this industry to go to an online booking system where you either have to download an app or find me online and also submit a card number attached to a security deposit. Which encourages people to show up. But all of that is more work for the client and myself and I really don’t wanna have to punish all of my really good clients over a few people who don’t call in enough time to cancel their appointment . I’m a mom of 3 boys so I get how life can come in a little hot sometimes and there’s always room for grace and understanding but like I said the last couple of weeks there’s been a significant increase in this area. So can please do me a favor, if you make an appointment and can no longer keep it, please call me asap and cancel and give me the opportunity to reschedule you for a more convenient day and time and then I can try and fill that time slot with some one from the waiting list.
