‼️Appointment Policy Reminders‼️

No Show / No Call Policy✨
To respect my time and the time of my clients, I am now enforcing a No Show / No Call Policy.

• If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me beforehand, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future appointments may require payment before booking.

Cancellation Policy✨

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

• There is a 15 minute grace period, anything after that will be asked to reschedule and or cancel depending on if it becomes a habitual thing!

• If your appointment is canceled because I can no longer provide the service because of time, then you will charged 100% cost of the scheduled service cost due to me not being able to fill the appointment slot.

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. While these policies will be enforced, I will always do my best to be understanding in the case of genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.

4 years ago, it all started at this little desk…

No fancy setup, no huge clientele, just a dream, determination, and the willingness to keep showing up even when things felt like it was going nowhere. This tiny corner held so many late nights, nervous first appointments, learning curves, mistakes, accomplishments, and happy tears.

Now looking back, it’s crazy to see how far this journey has taken me. Every client, every share, every appointment, every word of encouragement helped build my big dreams into reality!

This desk may have been small, but it’s where some of my biggest dreams began. Blessed beyond words could even describe 🤍
