when developing a skin care routine, it’s often we are never sure of what to use daily! the biggest mistake made is exfoliating every day. if you exfoliate with a scrub or a product that has an exfoliant in it every day, then you are harming your skin more than you are doing it any good! your skin has a natural lipid based barrier that needs to be protected! over exfoliating will cause skin thinning and irritation! please read what are within your products before using, and make sure you are following the pyramid above! 🫶🏼
