A New Chapter Begins. 🤍

Nearly four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started my journey in aesthetics with one goal, to provide personalized, compassionate care to the community I call home.

Along the way, I've been incredibly fortunate to learn from amazing mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and helped shape the provider I am today. Their guidance gave me the confidence to continue growing, and I'll always be grateful for the support I've received.

Now, it's time for the next chapter.

I'm excited to share that Opal Integrative Health will soon be moving into a new space! This isn't just a new building for us, it's the next step in a vision that's been years in the making. A place where I can continue to grow, expand the services I offer, and provide even better care for our community.

My journey hasn’t always been easy.

Like many people, I’ve gone through seasons where I didn’t feel like myself both physically or emotionally. I tried different approaches, stayed consistent, and still felt frustrated when I wasn’t seeing the progress I hoped for.

Over time, I learned that there can be underlying factors that make things more challenging... things like stress, hormonal changes, and metabolic shifts. Once I started focusing on supporting my body in a more personalized way, everything began to change.

Not overnight, and not perfectly but in a way that felt sustainable and empowering.

This is my personal experience, and every journey looks different. What matters most is finding the right support and approach for you.

That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. I work with patients to create individualized plans that take the whole picture into account so they can feel strong, confident, and back in control of their health.
