💕 A Little Update From Ultra Lux Beauty Garden 💕

We wanted to take a moment to explain our decision to transition to cash-only payments moving forward.

Like many small businesses, we are constantly looking at our expenses and finding ways to cut unnecessary costs while still being able to provide the same quality services, products, and experience that our clients deserve.

After reviewing some of our ongoing business expenses, we made the decision to eliminate the costs associated with our POS system and electronic payment processing. While we know cash may not always be as convenient, this is one small change that can make a meaningful difference for us as a locally owned small business.

Moving forward, Ultra Lux Beauty Garden will accept CASH ONLY. We will no longer accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, or Cash App.

For your convenience, there is an ATM located right next door inside Key Foods, so cash can easily be withdrawn before or after arriving for your appointment.

We completely understand that this is an adjustment, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make changes that allow us to be more intentional with our business expenses.

Most importantly, nothing about the quality of your services or the experience you receive at Ultra Lux is changing. 💗

A Message From Our Ultra Lux Family ❤️

For those who may not know me personally, my name is Solyna Mongkon , and I am one of the owners of Ultra Lux Beauty Garden, alongside my husband.

Today, I’m not speaking only as a business owner. I’m speaking as a niece, a family member, and someone who loves her family deeply.

Ratha is my uncle.

This week, our family was shaken when my uncle was detained by ICE. He and his family are now facing an incredibly frightening and uncertain situation, including the possibility of deportation and being separated from the family and community he loves.

It is difficult to put into words what it feels like to watch people you love face that kind of uncertainty. There are so many emotions fear, heartbreak, anger, sadness, and, most of all, concern for what this means for his wife, his children, and everyone who loves him.

With everything that has happened, I felt it was important to say something publicly not only on behalf of myself and my husband, but on behalf of our entire Ultra Lux family.

Every person who works within the walls of Ultra Lux stands beside my uncle, his wife, and their family. We support them. We love them. And we stand with them wholeheartedly.

Seeing someone you love detained and facing possible deportation is painful enough. Seeing strangers make cruel comments, assumptions, and judgments about someone they do not personally know makes an already devastating situation even harder.

Please remember that behind every headline, news story, and social media post, there are real human beings and a real family living through this.

There is a wife. There are children. Siblings. Parents. Nieces and nephews. Friends. Employees. A community. People who know them personally, love them deeply, and are hurting alongside them.

You may have read an article, heard a story, or seen a post, but that does not mean you know the entirety of a person's life, their heart, their family, or their story.

Position: Full-Time Nail Technician
🌙 Evening & weekend availability is required

We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, grow, make money, and build their clientele in a fun and supportive salon environment.
