Clean B isn’t going anywhere. In fact, it’s one of the most important routines for keeping your skin calm, clear, and actually healthy (no drama, no overcomplication).

These photos show this client’s progress from March 2025 → December 2025, and I’m so proud of how far her skin has come!

When she first came in, her skin was very inflamed and her barrier was pretty compromised. Instead of doing anything aggressive, we focused on calming the skin and rebuilding the barrier first. And like most real skincare journeys, there were some ups and downs along the way, which is completely normal when your skin is healing (if you’re acne or rosacea prone you know)!

What made the biggest difference:

• Not picking!!!! Ice those breakouts, use a spot treatment and paws off🙅🏻‍♀️
• Barrier-supportive skincare 💧
• A consistent routine at home (Essentially Haitos + GlyMed+)
• Professional treatments along the way (variety of chemical peels, Korean healing treatments)

In the first set of after photos she is wearing Colorescience SPF, and in the second set she has no SPF or makeup on at all.
