Today was a special one for West Lebanon Fit Body Boot Camp-we headed back to school to inspire, connect, and move with the amazing 4th graders at Hanover St School! At Fit Body, we believe strong communities are built through connection, encouragement , and action. Sharing our passion for health and wellness with these bright, enthusiastic students was truly a joy-and a reminder of how impactful even small moments of mentorship can be. 🙌A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Davis for the opportunity, and to every student who showed up with energy, heart, and determination. Your spirit is contagious, and I’m so proud to invest in this generation of leaders and changemakers. Let’s keep building a stronger, healthier, more connected community-together. 💥❤️
