Appointment Cancellations

• Kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Deposits

• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits can be transferred one time if adequate notice is given.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of esthetic services, refunds are not offered on completed services.
• If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss a possible adjustment.
• Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

Lash Appointment Policy

• Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup or oils.
• Excessive shedding due to improper aftercare is not eligible for refunds.
• Foreign fills (lashes done by another artist) may require additional time or a removal.

Children & Guests

• To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, we ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments unless approved beforehand.
