We would like to apologize to all our customers who experienced significant delays in your holiday order being delivered. I have been watching all the packages we have sent out this holiday season to customers, what absolutely blew my mind was when a package being shipped to Massachusetts was sent to Mid-North Carolina distribution center after leaving Pennsylvania and deliveries that went out 3 day priority mail taking 10 days and first class mail taking over 15 days we had some orders take 28 days from the time the post office was in custody of the package. Unfortunately once the post office was in possession of the package we had no control of what was done. We understand that we are living in unprecedented times and the postal workers are/have done they best they can while following orders given to them. We appreciate those of you have have been so kind and patient while we all navigate these trying times and thank you for your continued support in our small business. It is only because of you that we have been able to remain open.
