Summer is finally here!

Longer days, pool time, vacations and all the sunshine ahead!

If your hair has been feeling a little dull, grown out, dry, or just in need of some
love, this is your reminder to get your summer appointment on the books before schedules fill up.

This summer I want it to feel like a 90s summer, more time outside, dinners al

fresco, pool, and reading challenges for both me and my girls. We love the

summer reading challenge from the library and Barnes and Noble's, they both gift a book at the end!

We do still school in the summer and while we go more laid back, this year I'm excited to add a fossil unit, watercolor class, and art from around the world.

As of yet I don't think we will take a summer vacation but who knows! We Dolsons tend to be last minute planners when it comes to trips =)

Here's some summer hair tips:

Wear a hat when spending long days in the sun

Use a heat protectant before hot tools-or skip hot tools all together

Add a hydrating mask weekly for extra moisture

Rinse hair after swimming to help prevent dryness and brassiness

And finally, here's a reminder regarding my summer hours:

Tuesdays 10-3
Wednesdays 12-8

Weekends are mostly reserved for bridal, and weekday spots are fill up quickly.

Spring is officially here and there’s just something about April that makes everything feel fresh, light, and full of possibility… including your hair.

If you’ve been feeling a little dull, grown out, or just ready for a change — this is your sign.

I hope you and your family had a great Easter (if you celebrate it) we ate, the girls still hunt for eggs and in my Mexican culture we smash confetti eggs in each others heads, it the best!
