Ellevate Skin + Brows

Hello friends!

Today's email will be a little different than usual. Our wonderful esthetician and spa manager, Kelsey, has spent over three amazing years with Ellevate. We are thankful beyond measure for all of the joy, expertise, fun, and wisdom she's brought over those years. Truly, we can't imagine the last three years without her. When Ellevate expanded into our current location three years ago, Kelsey was an instrumental part of that decision. Our owner, Ellen, knew that Ellevate needed Kelsey! As we expanded and grew, Kelsey has helped shape the esthetics side of Ellevate. She's helped formulate many of the special services we offer, and the experience she brings is truly invaluable. Ellevate has transformed in many ways over the years, but Kelsey has remained a constant loving presence; (almost) always at the spa working hard, making her clients and her teammates smile, and generally just being a ray of sunshine.

All that to say, we love her dearly and will miss her so much.
Kelsey is moving back to her hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, and while it's undoubtedly a good decision for her, we can't help but be a little (or a lot) sad about it. Her last day at Ellevate is July 21, so that means you have a few weeks left to come and see her before she leaves KC! Her schedule is (unsurprisingly) pretty full already, but there's a few appointments remaining. Maybe one of them has your name on it?

While we could talk about Kelsey's awesomeness forever, we thought we'd let you hear it from her, in her own words, too:

"To my beautiful clients,
After a lot of thought and emotion, I wanted to let you all know that my last day at Ellevate will be July 21st, as I'll be moving back home to Nebraska. It's hard to put into words how much these past years and relationships have meant to me. What started as "appointments" quickly became meaningful conversations, friendships, comfort, laughter, support, and such deep connections that I will carry with me forever. Being trusted with your skin, your confidence, and even pieces of your lives has truly been one of the greatest honors of my life. I am endlessly grateful for every service booked, every recommendation shared, every hug, every conversation, and every one of you who chose to sit in my room and support me doing what I love most. You all made Ellevate feel like home to me, and leaving is incredibly bittersweet. If you'd like to see me before I go, I highly recommend pre-booking appointments as my schedule will likely fill quickly leading up to my last day on July 21st. I would absolutely love the chance to see and hug as many of you as possible before this next chapter begins. Thank you for supporting me, trusting me, and allowing me to be part of your lives. I truly will miss you all more than you know.

If you book with Kelsey, you're probably wondering, "What's next for me?" Well, dear friends, you are in luck! The Ellevate magic is within all of our estheticians, who would love to continue taking care of you. Whoever you book with moving forward, trust that you're in good hands. If you need a recommendation on which provider will be your best fit, feel free to ask Kelsey, and she can steer you in the right direction!

Ellen and Cheyanne, our experienced estheticians, are currently available for booking. We have two talented estheticians undergoing training very soon, Kalea and Keleigh, who will also be more than happy to Ellevate your skin, brows, and lashes. Once again, you'll be in good hands here, always.

One quick side note: once Kelsey leaves, lash extensions will no longer be a service offered at Ellevate. Kelsey is currently not taking any new clients for full sets, and availability for lash fills are very limited. If you are an existing lash client of Kelsey's who hasn't pre-booked, we highly recommend doing that as soon as possible.

Before we go, we'd like to thank you for being here. Being a small business certainly means lots of ebbs and flows, and trusting the process. This is one of those times, and as much as we will miss Kelsey, we trust that both Ellevate and Kelsey's next chapters will continue to be magical. That, friends, is possible thanks to you. For showing up for us, supporting us, and literally being our dream clientele. Team Ellevate is beyond grateful every day to work on such awesome humans, such as yourself.
