For a long time, I thought feeling confident in my skin meant having flawless skin.
I’ve experienced what it’s like to struggle with my skin, to feel insecure, and sometimes to reach for makeup because I didn’t feel comfortable without it.
And while I still love makeup, I’ve learned something important along the way:
Your skin doesn’t have to be perfect for you to feel beautiful🫶
Pores, breakouts, texture, hormonal changes, and signs of aging are all part of having real skin. None of them make you less worthy of confidence, kindness, or love.
As an esthetician, I believe skincare should never come from a place of shame. And as a woman, I know how much it matters to feel comfortable in your own skin.
You are so much more than what you see in the mirror.
Save this for the days you need a reminder, and send it to a woman who deserves to hear it today💛
Did you know your treatment plan may change along the way? Tell me in the comments. 👇
Personalized skincare isn’t about choosing one treatment and repeating it forever.
Your skin can respond differently over time. Your routine may change. Your goals may evolve.
That’s why follow-up matters.
Sometimes we continue with the original plan. Sometimes we adjust the approach or allow more recovery time.
The goal is to make informed decisions throughout your treatment journey.
Were you expecting a personalized plan to stay the same? I’d love to hear your thoughts below😉👇🏻
Your skin doesn’t always need MORE. Sometimes, it just needs what actually works for YOU💁♀️
More expensive doesn’t mean better. Stronger doesn’t mean more effective. And what works for someone else may not be right for your skin.
Good skincare isn’t about doing the most. It’s about making the right choices for your skin and its needs. ✨
Save this before your next skincare purchase! 💛

Have skincare products but never know what goes first? Save this🫶
Your routine doesn’t necessarily need seven, eight or ten steps.
A simple way to think about it is:
CLEANSE → TREAT → MOISTURIZE → PROTECT ☀️
But the “TREAT” step isn’t the same for everyone. Your skin concerns, current skin condition, tolerance and the rest of your routine all matter.
The goal isn’t to fit as many products as possible into your routine. It’s to understand what each product is doing there😉
Save this for the next time you’re wondering what goes first🤔
Be honest… how many of these have you done? 👀😂
There are a few things I personally wouldn’t make part of my skincare routine as an esthetician, and there’s a reason behind each one.
Burning doesn’t tell you that a product is “working better.”
Dry or flaky skin doesn’t automatically mean you need more exfoliation.
Your face towel needs regular washing, too
Someone else’s perfect routine isn’t automatically the right routine for your skin.
And starting several new products at once? If your skin doesn’t respond well, it can make figuring out what happened a lot more complicated.
Skincare doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated. What matters is paying attention to your skin and how it responds💛
Now tell me: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5? 👇🏻
Have an important event coming up? Don’t wait until the week before to start thinking about your skin 👀
A wedding, birthday, photoshoot, vacation or other special event can make it tempting to book a facial at the last minute and hope for the best.
But I wouldn’t start by choosing a treatment.
I’d start by looking at your current skin condition, what you’d like to improve, what you’re using at home and how much time we actually have before your event.
From there, we can decide what makes sense for your skin.
Preparing for an important date isn’t about fitting in as many treatments as possible. It’s about having enough time to make thoughtful decisions and create a personalized plan🤍

Your appointment matters.
But what happens between appointments matters, too.
Following your aftercare instructions, maintaining an appropriate home routine and attending recommended follow-ups can all play a role in your treatment journey.
And introducing new products without checking whether they’re appropriate for your current treatment plan may complicate things.
Your professional treatments and home routine should work together.

Curious about Jet Plasma? Comment JET if you’d like to learn more about this treatment⚡️
A treatment can offer benefits without being the right choice for every person.
Before recommending Jet Plasma, I consider your current skin condition, treatment history, goals and whether your skin is ready for the procedure.
Sometimes we can move forward. Other times, preparing the skin or choosing another approach makes more sense.
A good treatment recommendation should include realistic expectations, not just a list of potential benefits.
