It's been a minute, but I'm still here with some common sense for getting fit. The reality is, we need to be working out every part of our body at least once a week. If you're a gym goer, here is a nice 3 day split I found that's pretty close to what I've been doing. I'll be sharing some more workout tips over the next week--even for those who don't do the gym! It can't be said enough. You need to drink more water. This is one of those basic things I wasn't doing. Our bodies crave it! Our bodies need it! Water improves circulation, helps increase energy, assists in muscle repair/building, and helps with weight loss! Drink more water!
