Kelsey’s passion for beauty and aesthetics began at a young age through art and creativity. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, she studied illustration and earned her bachelor’s degree from Pratt Institute in New York City before discovering her passion for makeup artistry and aesthetics.

With a unique blend of artistic talent and advanced aesthetics training, Kelsey specializes in customized skincare treatments designed to help clients achieve healthy, confident skin. She is passionate about creating a personalized experience for every client, with a focus on education, results, and long-term skin health.

Kelsey is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her clients while continually expanding her knowledge and expertise within the aesthetics industry. In addition to her work as an esthetician, she pursues makeup artistry, helping brides feel beautiful and confident on their special day.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys reading, drawing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. She currently resides in her hometown of Frederick, Maryland.

Please join us in welcoming Annie Flounlacker, RN, to the Prejuvenation team!

With over 9 years of experience in pediatric critical care, Annie brings a level of precision, calmness, and attention to detail that translates beautifully into aesthetics. She earned her BSN from George Mason University, where she served as President of the Student Nursing Association and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau in recognition of her academic excellence.

After years in the ICU, Annie transitioned into aesthetics in 2025, combining her clinical expertise with her passion for skincare and treatment outcomes. She believes in thoughtful, personalized care and is dedicated to helping each patient feel confident in their own skin.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys time with her husband, son, and their crew of 2 cats and 2 dogs. A lifelong Northern Virginia native, she calls Leesburg home.
