OIL OF THE DAY: Purification. Where do I even begin?!?!? When it comes to versatility, Purification is right up there with Lavender for me. I use it for SO many things! I apply Purification when I am dealing with some sort of bug (be it upper respiratory, stomach, whatever!). I diffuse it often during the day and ANYtime there’s a funky smell, I apply it to acne, put it in my face wash, and use it anytime we are dealing with any sort of bug bite. It works WONDERS! also I use it in a carpet powder before I vacuum. I could go on and on about Purification. It is a staple! And it smells AHHHHMAZING with lemon or any citrus scent oils when diffused!

Immediately when one thinks of lemon, the clean fresh smell, the tangy taste, the ahhhh comes to mind! Whether you use to it to clean, drink fresh lemon in your water, or cook with it, we are all familiar with using lemon. So let’s talk more specifically about Lemon as an essential oil.

Using lemon in your water is a great way to provide a gentle detox for your body, not to mention that it tastes super yummy. Make sure that any essential oil that is or contains citrus goes into a glass or stainless steel container.
