This month we’d like to recognize someone who embodies what Titus Training is all about.

If you’ve been to a 5 a.m. class, you’ve likely seen David putting in the work. What you may not see is the consistency, positivity, and dedication he brings day after day.

No matter the workout, David shows up ready to work, ready to learn, and with an attitude that makes those around him better.

Beyond his commitment as a member, David also played a huge role in helping Titus Training become what it is today. From helping us get the gym ready to open to supporting our vision from the beginning, his impact extends far beyond the workout floor.
