After my first C-section, I carried deep adhesions, restriction, and scar tissue that impacted movement and even future surgical access. I began doing focused fascia release work directly over my scar — and after about six sessions, I noticed major changes not only in the appearance of the scar and the “shelf,” but in the way my body moved and felt.
