Wondering what the Ottalaus Assistant Program actually looks like?
You’ll begin by learning our guest experience, salon systems, product knowledge, and color education. From there, you’ll gain hands-on experience through paid education, shadowing, assisting, and model services before progressing toward taking guests as a Level 1 Stylist.
It’s a structured path designed to help newly licensed stylists build real confidence behind the chair.
