I’m deeply saddened to share that my grandma has passed away last Friday. My heart is heavy as I am still processing this loss. I will take the rest of this week off to be there for my grandpa and my family. I will be back to work fully next week. I will also reach out to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts and Hanna’s family next week for their May fundraising.

***Susan’s Nails will be close at 5:30 pm on Thursday, 6/4/26. Our team is coming to my grandma’s calling to pay their love and respect per their request. I am grateful for all of your love, support and kindness.

Update: Thank you for all the love and support from all of you from Susan’s Nails’ big family. I am very grateful for you all. My grandma’s last wish is to be home surrounded by her loved one. She is on hospice care peacefully at home. I will be in and out of work taking care of her along with my family since I am one of the pillars in the family. Our business is still going. Please forgive us for any challenge that may arise during this difficult time. Thank you again for your understanding, compassion, patience and support.🙏💕

My grandparents have been together for 70 years. I took this picture yesterday at the hospital when my grandpa came to take my grandma home💕 I have been blessed to be chosen by them to live and take care of them for the past 9+ years💕

1) Our basic manicure with regular polish will now be $25. Basic manicure without polish will still be the same $20

2) Spa pedi with gel will go from $73 to $75

Due to the love and support from our clients being increased significantly, we have become super busy, especially on the weekend. It has caused the delay in answering your phone calls.
