Molly joined the Rituals team in 2022 and has grown to become one of our most requested nail technicians. 💅

Known for her incredible attention to detail and creativity, Molly has a talent for bringing her clients’ nail ideas to life. Whether it’s a beautiful classic manicure or a fun, detailed design, she puts care and precision into everything she does.

But it’s not just her talent that keeps her clients coming back! Molly is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making every client happy and giving them an experience they look forward to.

When she’s not behind the nail table, Molly loves spending time at the beach and listening to music. 🌊🎶

Meet Josie, one of the talented members of our Rituals team! 🖤

A 2025 cosmetology school graduate, Josie brings a fresh perspective, creativity, and a genuine excitement for growing behind the chair.

✂️ Her favorite part of being a stylist is cutting and styling, but what she really loves is getting to know each client’s unique hair. She enjoys learning what works best for different textures, styles, and individual needs so she can create a look that feels completely personalized.

📚 Outside of the salon, Josie loves discovering new books and movies and spending time with friends—especially hosting game nights!

We’re so excited to have Josie as part of the Rituals family and to watch her continue to learn, grow, and build relationships with her clients. 🤍

If you’ve been to Rituals, chances are you’ve seen Averie’s bright smile—or maybe even heard her singing from the back! 🎶💕

Averie earned her cosmetology license after studying at Monty Tech and has now been part of the Rituals family for over three years. During that time, we’ve had the pleasure of watching her grow immensely as a stylist. Through continued education in both cutting and hair color, she has worked hard to refine her craft and build confidence behind the chair.

Averie has a sweet, bubbly personality paired with a confident approach to her work that her clients absolutely love. 🫶 She pays special attention to the little details—especially when it comes to her cutting techniques and creating a beautiful, polished finished look.

Always smiling, often singing, and bringing positive energy wherever she goes, Averie has become such a wonderful part of our Rituals team. We’re so proud of the talented stylist she has become and can’t wait to see her continue to grow! ✨

We’re celebrating almost two years with Natasha at Rituals! 🤍

Natasha’s story with Rituals is a special one because she was part of our salon family before she ever joined our team. Our relationship began with Natasha as a client, and after earning her Nail Technician license, she made the transition from sitting in our chairs to working alongside us. 💅

Over the past two years, Natasha has truly been a pleasure to have on our team. She is known for her gentle touch, calm demeanor, and attention to detail, creating a relaxing experience where her clients can unwind while leaving with beautiful nails.

We’ve loved watching Natasha grow in her career and build wonderful relationships with her clients. Her kind personality and caring approach make her such a valued part of the Rituals family, and we’re so happy her journey brought her from client to team member. 🤍

Celebrating an incredible 30 years with Rituals! 🤍

Maria has been a beloved part of Rituals for three decades, making her our longest-standing team member and such a special part of who we are today.

She began her career as a Nail Technician before earning her cosmetology license and expanding her talents into hair and skin care. Her versatility, experience, and genuine love for taking care of people have helped her build an incredibly loyal clientele over the years.

If you’ve had the pleasure of sitting in Maria’s chair, you already know what makes her so special. She is warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make her clients feel pampered, comfortable, and appreciated.

Outside of the salon, Maria loves traveling, exploring new places, skiing, cooking and spending quality time with her family. ✈️🤍

And after 30 years together, Maria isn’t simply a member of our team—she is family to us, too. She has been part of so many chapters of Rituals, growing alongside us and helping make the salon what it is today. We truly can’t imagine Rituals without her. ❤️
