Just a quick note that I will be out of the office and incommunicado from Fri Aug 7th thru Mon 17th.🌿

As of now I only have waitlist available for August and will be scheduling for September in the next couple of weeks🦋

Great news!
I will be offering TWO weekly chair yoga class sessions this fall!🍂

Mondays 11am-12pm will be at the Middletown Penndel Rescue Squad on Rt. 1 (near the old Denny's/ across from the new Wawa.

Wednesdays 11am-12pm will be at the Community Park Barn on Langhorne-Yardley Rd.

Each session will have 6 classes.
