It’s official!

I’m a Registered Nurse

Here’s what I’ll be adding to the Lewisburg Spa Location

A TOTAL MIND BODY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE!

The vision is, helping people to be well inside and out. Let’s face it, it doesn’t matter how many massages you get or how much Botox you get injected, if you’re unwell mentally and struggling to perform in your everyday life, all the beauty treatments and massages don’t really make a difference. Through a non invasive treatment called Neurofeedback Therapy, my partner and I will be able to look at your brain waves and see what parts of your brain are over active (anxiety) and what parts are under active (depression). We then create a protocol specifically for you. In simple terms, the treatment will wake up/stimulate the parts of the brain that are underperforming and soothe the parts of the brain that are over active. Creating true wellness and harmony.
Neurofeedback is effective for ptsd, ADHD, sleep issues, lack of focus and it can even delay symptoms of dementia.

All that being said, I’m still building my team, and in need of an Esthetician and a Massage Therapist. If you are interested or know of someone who would be great for these positions, send them my way.

In the mean time, we have Heather Thompson, with Suite Beauty offering quality hair services. Heather managed the salon in Walmart for 10 years and when they closed she began renting a suite with us. She has completely rehab’d and restored my hair, she is professional and ambitious. And is a great addition to our team!
