A long-time dream of mine is finally coming to life, and it’s all because of the incredible people who have helped build this place with their talent, heart, and willingness to chase their own dreams.

Over the years, I’ve learned something important about myself: I don’t love being “the boss.”

What I do love is mentoring-pouring into people, helping them grow, and watching them step into their own.

This past year has made everything crystal clear for me.

I want to give this business back to the very people who helped create it. Instead of being in charge of everyone, I want to stand beside them as they step into business ownership themselves.

So with that, Plush Salon Co. & Advanced Skincare Spa is transitioning into Elite Suites-a modern salon suite model designed to help beauty professionals be in business for themselves, but never by themselves.

They’ll still have me, my 25 years of experience in the salon + spa industry, and my mentorship every step of the way. But now, each person will also have the freedom, ownership, and empowerment they deserve.
