A little PSA... not all lymphatic drainage is the same. 🤍

One of the biggest things I look for before I even begin your lymphatic massage is tight fascia and fibrosis. If I find restrictions, I work on those first so your lymphatic system has the best chance to flow the way it's supposed to.
And if you're post-op, this is so important. Surgery can change your lymphatic pathways, which is why I always recommend seeing a provider with post-op training. It's about understanding how your body is healing—not just moving fluid.

My goal isn't to rush through a routine. It's to work with what your body needs that day so you get the best results possible.
If you're looking for manual lymphatic drainage, post-op lymphatic massage, fibrosis treatment, or body sculpting in Lewisville, TX, I'd love to help.

✨ Your body deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

✨️Can you spot the fibrosis? Swipe to learn what fibrosis is and see a real client transformation.

Many people assume stubborn lumps, uneven texture, or areas that won't smooth out are simply "fat." In many cases, fibrosis may be part of the picture.

Fibrosis is a buildup of dense connective tissue that can develop after inflammation, lipo, surgery, injury, or chronic tissue restriction. It can affect circulation, tissue mobility, and the overall appearance of the skin.

Using a blend of targeted techniques like Colombian Body Sculpting, Radio Frequency, and lymphatic-focused bodywork, I work to soften restricted tissue, improve circulation, and support your body's natural healing process.

Have you ever noticed an area that feels harder than the surrounding tissue? I can help!!

One of the parts of this work I don't get to show often — post-surgical support — because my client's privacy matters more than a good photo. But reviews like this are why I do it.🩷

If you're preparing for face or body surgery (or recovering from one), lymphatic drainage can help before you go in and support you as you heal.

Ever catch yourself doing your skincare and suddenly notice something you swear wasn't there last year? 😅
That was me.
I noticed some dimpling and tightness in my neck—not because my skin suddenly "aged overnight," but because the fascia and muscles underneath had become tight and restricted.
As we get older, it's not just about collagen. The connective tissue (fascia) can become dehydrated, stuck, and less mobile. When that happens, it can contribute to neck bands, dimpling, tension, and deeper lines.
One of the easiest things you can do at home is gently stretch and mobilize your neck regularly, which is exactly what I'm showing in this video. Small, consistent habits can make a big difference.

This is also why I added the Sculpt & Lift Facial. We don't just focus on the skin—we work with the deeper structures through lymphatic techniques, myofascial release, sculpting massage, and muscle relaxation to help soften tension, improve circulation, and support a naturally lifted appearance.
Aging is inevitable. Staying stuck doesn't have to be.

Have you started noticing little changes that make you think, "Where did that come from?" Tell me below—I promise you're not the only one. 🤍

Model Call — 5 spots, first come first served 🤍
✔️ Lymphatic Face Ritual + Scalp Release, 60 minutes
✔️ $110 (regularly $175)
✔️ Before/after photos + honest testimonial in exchange for the rate

I'm testing out a new combined ritual and wanted you all to be the first to know. If you've followed me for the lymphatic education, you already know how much I believe in this work — I'm now pairing the Lymphatic Face Ritual with a scalp release, because your face doesn't hold tension on its own. The muscles of your face and scalp are connected by one continuous sheet of fascia, so tightness in your forehead, temples, or jaw often starts somewhere you're not even looking. This combo targets that connection directly — less puffiness, less tightness, a more rested look, no devices involved.

Ideal if you deal with tension headaches, jaw clenching, forehead tightness or wrinkles, full face or lower face inflammation or just want visible de-puffing in one sitting.

DM "MODEL" to grab one of the 5 spots. 🤍

Good Morning Vibrations ❤️

If you wake up like me some mornings and find that your face and eyes are puffy...

The core issue is gravity + stillness
When you're lying down for 6–8 hours, lymph fluid redistributes. Unlike your cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system has no pump — it relies on muscle movement, breathing, and gravity to circulate. When you're horizontal and still, lymph accumulates in the loose connective tissue of the face, especially around the eyes (where skin is thinnest and fat compartments are most delicate).

2 things I do to help minimize the puffiness.

1. My vibration plate. If you have a vibration plate and you're wanting to use it for lymphatic movement then you want to keep it at a lower level (think 1-3 on a scale of 10). Atleast 10 minutes.

Anything higher than that then you're starting to move into muscle building and muscle movement which is great as well.... just not specific for regular lymphatic movement.

You can be creative with the positions for the vibration plate. you can do it sitting standing laying, there's many options which we will go into in another video.

2. The other thing is lymphatic drainage specifically for the eye area. When draining around the eyes, make sure to move the lymph all the way to the temporal node so that it can drain down into the Terminus.

Stay tuned for more lymphatic at home tips!

"Everything changed after 40. I don't recognize my body."

This is the phrase that started running through my head last year.

What if one lymphatic session could measurably lower your stress hormones?

A clinical study on women experiencing menopausal symptoms found that cortisol — your primary stress hormone — dropped by approximately 44% after a single lymphatic drainage massage. Thats freaking insane!

One session. Not a month of treatment. One.

Here's why that matters: chronic high cortisol drives weight gain, disrupted sleep, hormone imbalance, inflammation, and immune dysfunction. It's the hormone behind that wired-but-exhausted feeling so many women in midlife (myself included) know far too well.

Manual lymphatic drainage works by activating your parasympathetic nervous system — your body's rest-and-digest state — while physically clearing the fluid and inflammatory load that keeps your nervous system on high alert.

When we reduce the physical burden on your body, your stress response finally gets permission to come down.

This is the work I am blessed to do assist you with. It's not just a treatment. It's clinical care for women who are ready to feel like themselves again. 🤍

✔️SAVE this and share it with a woman who is running on empty.
