As a result of the lifting of Marylands stay at home order, Toby's will be opening for business effective Saturday May 16 at 0830; however, we are still required to operate under State Guidlines for business operations. This means haircuts will be by appointment only, masks must be worn, and social distancing practices enforced. Thanks and looking forward to seeing you
