Can we take a moment for this awesome s**g I did the other day?!? **g
Let's normalize not always being able to achieve someone's goal in a single appointment! I did a full platinum card on this beautiful lady but she had old highlights through the ends and a band of old red through the mids of her hair. I warned her she may have warmth after the first appointment, which we did but we were able to get rid of it by the 2nd! And maintain ALL her length! Thanks your products make my life worlds easier when working with corrections
